In-depth Candidate Interviews

Presentation of Selected Candidates

  • Submit detailed profile including overall assessment, relevant skills, motivation for making a change, and compensation expectations

Client Interviews

  • After selecting the preferred candidate, we conduct thorough references to further assess competencies, strengths and weaknesses
  • Assist client with offer package and extend to candidate along with handling any potential negotiations
  • Ongoing communication with client and candidate during transition with periodic follow up once the search is complete to ensure candidates fit in the organization
