Our Leadership

Dan Rodgers and Matt Houder created RodgersHouder to provide a unique and conscientious search experience for growth-oriented manufacturing companies in North America. They saw a need for these companies to find top talent for hard-to-fill roles that typical retained search firms didn’t want to take on and contingent agencies couldn’t fill.

Meet Our Team

The collaborative, candid, and creative culture that the leadership team has developed, extends to our relationships with clients and candidates, and creates a transparent and supportive process from start to finish.

Dan started with RodgersHouder in 2016 and currently serves as Director of Business Development. In his current role, Dan’s primary focus includes advising, consulting, and engaging new clients who are interested in finding top talent within the manufacturing industry.

Dan began his career in 2008, selling human resource services to small businesses, primarily manufacturing companies. Thus, it felt like a natural fit for him to join RH, a recruiting firm specializing in supporting organizations within food & beverage, packaging, automotive, CPG, and industrial manufacturing industries.

Dan believes in a consultative and hands-on approach. Since joining the RH team, he has successfully led over one hundred searches from the initial in-take call to the placement of the candidate. He attributes his successes to his passion for helping others and his innate ability to network and connect trusted individuals for a mutually beneficial outcome.

Outside of the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, and grilling. He also volunteers with Junior Achievement, a non-profit organization that teaches financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship to kids in kindergarten up through high school.
