Throughout his 20 years of recruiting, Dan has successfully executed hundreds of searches, ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors, in both private and public sectors across a broad range of industries. As founding partner of RodgersHouder, Dan is actively involved in all phases of the search process, ensuring seamless and timely results for every client, each and every time.

A native of Montreal, Canada, Dan is a leader in developing creative outreach techniques and innovative strategies for sourcing candidates. Aside from his exemplary interpersonal skills, he is well known and respected throughout the industry for his honesty, concern for his clients, and high level of professionalism.

Dan began his recruiting career as Manager of Executive Search at Gaffney Management Consultants, and quickly rose through the ranks to Vice President of Executive Search before leaving to launch his own firm in 2006.

He has two children and resides in the western suburbs of Chicago. Away from the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, and winter sports.

Matthew began his career in the recruiting industry in 1997, and joined RodgersHouder as partner in 2011. Matthew has broad experience in developing human capital strategies for multiple disciplines within such industries as automotive, industrial, electronics, and packaging, among others. The same bold entrepreneurial spirit that led him to build several companies from the ground floor fuels his enthusiasm and success for building a client’s leadership team from top to bottom.

Matthew has successfully completed hundreds of searches nationwide and has a keen ability to identify exceptional candidates. He plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of day-to-day operations and was instrumental in launching the firm’s contract staffing division.

Before joining RodgersHouder, Matthew was a principal at HPG, LLC. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Gaffney Management Consultants including Manager of Executive Search. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from John Carroll University.

In addition to his work, Matthew’s passions include his family, traveling, and golf. He and his wife, Lauren, along with their three children, reside in the western suburbs of Chicago.
